After Business Hours, please call the Company on your Policy / Id Card or visit our Payment & Claim Center. Your Policy / ID Card will include a 24-hour Claim Reporting Number, these numbers are also listed on our Payment & Claim Center.
Prior to calling, please have your Policy Number available for the Claims Representative. You can also call us at 618-254-9363 (Wood River) or 618-372-3821 (Brighton) to Report a Claim.
Coverage cannot be bound by email, voice, or fax. Coverage will only be bound with written notification from our office.
